The National Aquarium is often overlooked making it a fun place to go with kids. Its a nothing like the aquarium in Baltimore, nothing on that scale, but I think in some ways that's good for little kids.

this is a hidden gem. It is perfect for kids under 8- the baltimore aquarium is so big and dark it is totally stressful. This is a perfect size and really quite clean and animales appear well taken care of.
